Katie Hershey is an experienced program manager currently overseeing various initiatives at Human Services, Inc, including Critical Time Intervention and Homeless Acute Case Management. Prior to this role, Katie served as the ERAP Program Manager at Community Progress Council, where management of a multimillion-dollar rental and utility assistance program was a key responsibility, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Breaking the cycle of violence and the incidence of domestic and sexual abuse through prevention, intervention, and treatment. 4. Helping people whose use of mood altering chemicals is harmful to themselves and others. 5. Empowering seniors and persons with disabilities to maintain their dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
