Cailin Wheeler

Cailin B. Wheeler is a Research Associate with extensive experience in the field, having worked in various research assistant roles at the University of Oregon. Additionally, Cailin has served as Financial Officer for the Oregon Program Evaluators Network. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Portland State University, Cailin brings a strong academic background to their work in the Human Services Research Institute.
