Human Technopole
Emily Georgiades is currently a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at Human Technopole, having previously served as a Postdoc in Computational and Molecular Biology at the University of Oxford. Emily also led a podcasting workshop for Doctoral Training Centre students and completed a Wellcome Trust DPhil focusing on Dynamics in the Regulatory Genome. Core lab skills include cell line maintenance, live cell imaging, protein extraction, and advanced genomic techniques such as CRISPR-cas9 and ChIP-seq. Emily has a diverse professional background, including tutoring in mathematics and sciences, facilitating a mathematical modeling course, and working as a hospitality staff member and research assistant. Emily holds a DPhil in Genomic Medicine and Statistics from the University of Oxford and an MSci (Hons) in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath.
