Niels Neudecker

Niels Neudecker, PhD, currently serves as the Managing Director for North America at Human8, having joined in December 2024. Previously, Niels held the position of Director of Product at Walmart Data Ventures from July 2023 to December 2024, where responsibilities included developing and launching innovative B2B and B2C solutions. Niels spent eight years at Kantar, significantly improving performance as Senior Vice President and Brand Solutions Lead by reversing negative growth and achieving a 160% year-over-year sales increase. As Vice President, Global Solution Lead, Niels directed a global team to realize 200% revenue growth for three consecutive years. Niels's earlier roles include leadership positions at GfK and consulting for the Automotive Institute for Management, with a focus on brand strategy and market research. Niels holds multiple PhDs in Marketing/Marketing Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and Justus Liebig University Giessen, alongside a diploma and international study experience at Ewha Womans University and The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg.
