Michele Arcieri

Michele Arcieri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michele began their career as an Executive Project Assistant at Azione Cattolica Italiana in 2004, where they worked until 2007. Michele then worked as an HR Training professional at the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they joined Visiant in 2008 as an HR Specialist, where they managed recruitment processes, designed and implemented training programs, and participated in organizational reengineering efforts. In 2013, they worked as a Team Leader at MGM before transitioning to Fontana Group in 2014, where they served as an HR Generalist and handled employee relations, training initiatives, and recruitment activities. In the same year, they also worked as a Temporary HR Manager at NordCom, coordinating personnel management and achieving cost savings. Most recently, they joined Humana Italia Spa in 2015 as an HR Manager and later became the HR Director for Italy.

Michele Arcieri completed their Master in Direzione del Personale from LIUC - Università Cattaneo in 2008, earning a degree of 110/110 e Lode. Prior to that, they obtained a Summa cum laude, Laurea degree in Filosofia from Università Pontificia Salesiana in 2007.
