Ashley Bailey is a seasoned Experience and Innovation Design leader with over 10 years of experience in the health ecosystem. Currently serving as Principal of Consumer Health Product Design at Humana since 2021, Ashley leads a multidisciplinary team focused on developing member experience strategies rooted in human-centered design principles. Previously, Ashley held various roles at Anthem, Inc. from 2018 to 2020, contributing to consumer experience and service design. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and a certificate from Yonsei University.
