David Neibel

David Neibel is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in infrastructure and architecture management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Infrastructure and Architecture at Humana, David leads a team responsible for critical computing, storage, database, and cloud resources, while facilitating rapid migration and integration of IT assets. In addition to this role, David is the Founder and CEO of CloudScale Consulting and Services, where the focus is on empowering businesses to leverage technology for growth. Prior to these roles, David held various leadership positions at USAA, including Director of IT, where significant advancements in product management and hybrid cloud services were achieved. David also founded Complete Computer Services and has a background in network and system administration. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Sciences from Baylor University.
