David Ward

David Ward has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director and National Underwriting Leader for Humana's Specialty Benefits business since December 2002. Ward is responsible for driving growth across various business size segments and has held multiple director-level positions at Humana, including overseeing underwriting operations across the Midwest, Mountain, Desert, and West regions, and leading the financial underwriting for multiple products. Prior to joining Humana, Ward held director roles in underwriting at Aetna and United Healthcare, and served as Regional Underwriting Director at MetLife Healthcare Network.
