Jeff Henken, PMP, has over 17 years of experience in healthcare services, specializing in clinical risk management and compliance at Humana since October 2006. In the role of Associate Director, Healthcare Services Clinical Risk Management Reporting & Audit, Jeff develops and implements controls to minimize organizational risks related to Medicare/CMS Program Audit activities. Previous roles at Humana include Manager, Risk Management Lead, Project Manager, and Process Consultant, where responsibilities ranged from risk communication and project management to process improvement and data analytics.
