Lloyd Fowler

Lloyd Fowler possesses extensive experience in procurement and talent services, currently serving as the Contingent Labor and Talent Services Lead at Humana from June 2019 to February 2024, where previous roles included Senior Procurement Professional in Business Process Outsourcing Category Management and Contract Manager. Prior to Humana, Lloyd worked as an Enrollment Counselor at The Learning House from May 2014 to July 2016, as well as serving in various capacities at Ewen & Kinney Attorneys at Law and the Kentucky State Legislature, the latter as an intern for Rep. Brad Montell. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Louisville.
