Marta Guy is an experienced innovation and experience strategy leader with over 15 years in the field, known for connecting deep consumer insights with untapped business opportunities. They currently serve as the Director of Customer Experience Strategy at Humana, where they are defining and implementing a comprehensive customer experience vision for Medicare Advantage members. Previously, Marta led the consumer insights and experience practice for Author by Humana, achieving industry-leading experience measures. With a strong background in design strategy and human-centered design across various sectors, Marta has worked with Fortune 100 companies, guiding them through innovation challenges and fostering growth and equity.
