Mitch Lamm

Mitch Lamm has extensive experience in provider contracting and network operations, having served as the Director of Provider Contracting at Humana from February 2020 to December 2021. In this role, Mitch cultivated relationships with provider partners, negotiated contracts, and oversaw medical provider networks in Mississippi and Northern Louisiana, delivering measurable financial savings and enhancing access to care. Additionally, Mitch held the position of Chief of Staff/Market Leadership Advisor for the Medicare Region President, managing plans across multiple states, and served as Provider Network Operations Lead for Alabama, Tennessee, and Southwest Virginia, focusing on improving customer healthcare experiences through data analytics and operational efficiencies. Mitch holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Louisville.
