Rebecca Cox

Rebecca Cox has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, notably serving at Humana from November 2018 to January 2025 as Associate Vice President of Enterprise Transformation and Director of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, Rebecca led the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies across a diverse associate population, focusing on integrating human capital development and workforce planning across various functions. Prior to Humana, Rebecca held positions at Healthways as a Recruiter, HCA Physician Services as a Recruiter/HR Coordinator, CIGNA as an HR Consulting Analyst, and gained initial experience as an Intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Rebecca holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR from Middle Tennessee State University.
