Shar Conley-Cawood

Shar Conley-Cawood has extensive experience in clinical strategy and management, currently serving as the Clinical Strategy & Practice Lead at Humana since June 2014, where responsibilities include developing strategies for clinical community engagement and addressing complex healthcare challenges. Previously, Shar managed a Remote Monitoring team of nurses and provided leadership for various virtual care initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a role as Hospital Liaison at Bluegrass Care Navigators, facilitating patient care and discharge planning. Shar holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University.
