Steve McQuinn

Steve McQuinn is an experienced executive recruiting professional with a robust background in various leadership roles within the recruiting industry. Currently serving as the Executive Recruiting Lead at Humana since July 2012, Steve is a senior member of the company's in-house executive search team, where responsibilities include recruiting for critical positions and overseeing the Digital Center of Excellence. Previous experience includes roles as a Strategic Recruiter at Humana and as an Executive Search Consultant at Lucas Group, alongside leadership positions at Turning Point, Inc. and Search Advisors International. Steve began a career in organizational development with Florida Power Corporation and Barnett Banks, Inc., supporting enterprise-wide HR initiatives. Steve holds a B.A. in Management from Eckerd College.
