Trende Reed

Trende Reed has extensive experience in healthcare management and operations, currently serving as Associate Vice President for Stars Program Delivery at Humana since June 2011. In this role, Trende Reed develops and leads strategies for Stars HEDIS improvement, fostering collaboration across business areas and overseeing operational excellence. Previous positions at Humana include Director of Stars Innovation Portfolio Strategy and Director of Stars Operations, where Trende Reed contributed to enhancing customer experiences and optimizing clinical communications. Earlier career experience includes roles at SHPS and Baptist East Milestone Wellness Center, focusing on wellness operations and health education. Trende Reed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky.
