Vicky Russell

Vicky Russell is a highly experienced Sr. IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex infrastructure and telephony projects across various industries. Currently employed at Humana, Vicky oversees the implementation of the Genesys Telephone System for over 35 Conviva Clinics, coordinating all aspects of telephony replacement projects. Previous roles include managing multiple simultaneous projects at TECO Energy, where Vicky handled infrastructure, telephony, and networking initiatives, and leading significant multi-year programs at Johnson Controls. Vicky's extensive experience also encompasses program management for IT projects at renowned companies such as ENVOLVE PEOPLECARE, AMN Healthcare, and Commercial Metals Company. Vicky holds an Associate's degree in Computer Technology from Austin Community College.
