John Mavrianos

John Mavrianos, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs at Humancare, an IPG Health Company since January 2022.

Prior to this, John worked at 21GRAMS as the SVP, Medical Strategy from April 2021 to January 2022, and as the VP, Director of Medical Strategy from November 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining 21GRAMS, John was employed at McCann Torre Lazur as the Group Medical Director from December 2018 to November 2019, and as a Medical Director from February 2017 to December 2018.

Earlier in their career, John worked at Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide, where they served as a Senior Medical Writer from May 2016 to February 2017, and as a Medical Writer from January 2015 to May 2016.

John's work experience also includes their time at Rutgers University as a Ph.D. Researcher from August 2008 to January 2015, and at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey as a Research Associate from December 2006 to August 2008.

Furthermore, John started their career at Roche Molecular Systems as a Quality Control Scientist from January 2006 to December 2006.

John Mavrianos, Ph.D. completed their education in a chronological order, first earning a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey from 2004 to 2005. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Rutgers University - Newark, attending from 2008 to 2014.
