Megan Dennis has extensive experience in the animal welfare industry, with a focus on shelter operations, public programs, and community outreach. Megan currently serves as the Vice President of Shelter Operations at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director at the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society. Megan also worked as the Director of Public Programs at the Humane Society for Greater Savannah, where they implemented and maintained a structure for public programs and outreach. Megan has previous experience as the Safety Net Supervisor and Admissions Coordinator at the Asheville Humane Society.
Megan Dennis attended Asheville Christian Academy from an undetermined start year to 2007, where they obtained their High School diploma. Following that, they enrolled at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College from 2007 to 2011, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
