Russ McGraw

Russ McGraw, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Russ began their career as a Shop Foreman at Mica Corporation in 1999 and held the position until 2004. From 2004 to 2012, Russ served as the General Manager at Pacific Northwest Best Fish Co. In 2012, they joined the Humane Society for Southwest Washington as the Animal Care Operations Manager. Russ then progressed to roles including Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at the organization. Russ's expertise and experience in various managerial positions make him a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

Russ McGraw, SHRM-SCP, received a Certificate of Completion in Human Resource Management from the Portland State University School of Business Administration in 2018. In July 2019, they obtained the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
