Shrikant Verma

Shrikant Verma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in dog management programs across Asia and Africa. Currently serving as Assistant Program Manager at Humane Society International-India since July 2015, Shrikant Verma is involved in the development of web and mobile applications for mass dog vaccination and management initiatives, overseeing survey field activities and data analysis. Prior roles include Project Manager for Dog Population Management programs in Uttarakhand and Project Coordinator for large-scale vaccination and sterilization efforts in Haryana, where the team successfully vaccinated 1.9K dogs and sterilized 40K dogs. Beginning a career as a veterinary surgeon at Humane Society International from 2012 to 2015, Shrikant Verma progressed to team leader and coordinator for national projects. Shrikant Verma holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree from Apollo College of Veterinary Medicine, earned from 2006 to 2011.
