Troy Seidle began their work experience in 2006 as a Science-Policy Consultant at the Humane Society International. Troy then held various roles at the organization, including Senior Director of the Research & Toxicology Department and Vice President of Research & Toxicology. In these positions, they led a multinational team focused on banning cosmetic animal testing, advocating for the use of alternative predictive tools, and implementing programs in several countries. In 2021, they also briefly served as the Senior Vice President of Programs & Policy (acting). In 2010, Seidle joined AXLR8 as an Associate Coordinator, where they contributed to the advancement of innovative approaches to toxicity testing and risk assessment.
Troy Seidle attended the University of Waterloo from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree. Troy'smajor was Health Studies pre-med, while their minor focused on Independent Studies.
