Matthew Craig

Matthew Craig is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and design. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Fibercore Limited since November 2021, Matthew leads the Operations Team at the Southampton site, overseeing material management and job processing within an integrated management system. Previously, as NPI/Engineering Manager at CeramTec UK Ltd, Matthew contributed to the development of bespoke ceramic transducer assembly solutions. Matthew's career includes significant roles at Schlumberger, where responsibilities evolved from R&D Design Engineer to Team Lead, notably enhancing production capacity and successfully commercializing optical sensor technologies. With earlier experience in design and engineering roles at Talley Group Ltd, Lubrizol Performance Systems, and Arran Controls Limited, Matthew holds an HNC in Engineering Design from Solent University.
