Who you are

As our FP&A Manager, you will lead our financial planning initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of our forecasting strategies. Your expertise will be essential in shaping revenue projections for both recurring and non-recurring streams, while providing detailed regional analyses that empower data-driven strategic choices.

By synchronising financial forecasts with operational realities, you'll generate valuable insights into margin performance that will refine our go-to-market tactics, including pricing, investment, and growth strategies, all with the goal of maximising margins. This pivotal role involves assessing pricing models, Total Contract Value (TCV), and cost-to-serve metrics for our software and services, as you drive the creation of multi-year forecasts that pave the way for sustainable commercial growth.

What you will do

  • Own and enhance financial planning cycles by ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement of forecasting processes.
  • Build and refine revenue forecasting models for both recurring and non-recurring revenue streams, providing granular regional insights.
  • Map operational drivers into financial forecasts, improving accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Provide detailed insights on margins across go-to-market (GTM) offerings, helping drive profitability and inform investment decisions.
  • Assess pricing structures, total contract value (TCV), and service costs for software and professional services, ensuring a margin-based approach to commercial decisions.
  • Develop long-term financial projections to guide decision-making and investment strategies.
  • Act as a key commercial partner to the CFO, collaborating with the Finance team and executive leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
  • Lead initiatives to grow and optimise the pricing, driving strategic pricing decisions and commercial growth.

 What you’ll need

  • Strong FP&A experience within a scaled SaaS business, with a proven track record of driving financial performance.
  • Ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop accurate forecasts and financial projections.
  • Experience engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyse profitability drivers and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, FP&A platforms).
  • Experience leading, managing and coaching a small team of Financial Analysts.
  • Exposure to pricing strategy and commercial modeling.

Some ‘nice to haves’

  • CPA or CIMA certification (or equivalent) – preference for commercial finance experience over pure accounting background.
