Lorry S. Davis, SPC5, ICP-ACC, CSM

Lorry S. Davis has an extensive work experience history, starting with their role as a Damage Controlman 2nd Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy, where they operated, repaired, and maintained firefighting systems and equipment. They also trained shipboard personnel and performed emergency repairs to decks, structures, and hulls.

After their time in the Navy, Lorry joined Liberty Tax Service as a Technical Rep, providing support to customers and troubleshooting issues related to company hardware and software. They also performed maintenance and corrective measures to prevent or resolve hardware and software problems.

Lorry then moved on to Connections Education, where they worked as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer. They focused on increasing the agility of multiple scaled platform product and service development teams, coaching team members and stakeholders in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile practices.

Next, Lorry joined Under Armour as a Delivery Manager for B2B E-commerce, overseeing the development and testing of UI refresh for the global B2B platform. They also transitioned B2B development teams from Scrum to Kanban to improve efficiency and managed project scopes and deliverables for cross-functional E-Comm initiatives.

Following that, Lorry worked at Allegis Group via TEKsystems as a Project Manager Scrum Master, followed by a role at Allegis Group as an Agile Coach, where they provided coaching and guidance on agile methodologies.

Most recently, Lorry joined Octo as a Mid-level Project Design Lead/Agile Coach and is currently working at HumanIT Solutions as a Senior Scrum Master.
