Gonzalo Ariza

Gonzalo Ariza is an experienced professional in management and finance, currently serving as Country Manager for HumanNet Iberia since September 2017. Previously, Gonzalo held various managerial roles at Aerovan s.a. from May 2011 to June 2017, focusing on restructuring financial, procurement, and operational areas, as well as implementing ERP systems. At Andes Logistics de Chile S.A., from September 2008 to January 2011, responsibilities included strategic planning and financial management. Gonzalo's career began at Agencia de Aduana Hugo Ibañez Balbontin, where management of strategic planning and performance control were key duties from April 2003 to August 2008. Gonzalo holds a Diplomado in Control de Gestión from Universidad de Chile, a degree in Commercial Engineering with a specialization in Business Administration from Universidad Arturo Prat, and is a graduate of Escuela Naval Arturo Prat as an Executive Naval Officer.
