Maike Stolte

Maike Stolte is a seasoned leadership and executive coach with extensive experience in agile coaching, conflict management, and team development. Currently, Maike serves as a Leadership Coach at HumanQ and an Executive Coach at BetterUp, while also facilitating cohorts for the World Food Programme. With a rich background in agile methodologies at UST España & Latam, Maike has led agile coaching teams and collaborated on business transformation initiatives. Previous roles include Health and Wellbeing Coach at Cataliza, Life Coach, and Field Marketing Manager at TRILUX Iluminación. Maike holds degrees from renowned institutions, including a BA in Communication & Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths College and an MBA in Economics from Universidad de Carlos III, Madrid.
