Sarah Nordhausen

Sarah Nordhausen, MSW, PCC, CPCC, is a seasoned leadership coach and the founder of Symmetry Leadership, providing coaching services aimed at fostering high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Sarah currently offers coaching through Coaching For Everyone, focusing on under-resourced populations, and serves as an executive coach for SNP Communications and HumanQ, where the emphasis is on enhancing organizational priorities and team engagement. Previous engagements include key roles in leadership development at Hilltop Children's Center and ROSSLYN CHILDREN'S CENTER, as well as significant contributions to community programs at San Mateo County Library and Norwood Street Elementary School. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College.
