Michael Welsch

Michael Welsch is a seasoned product engineer with extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering across various industries. Currently employed at Humanscale since February 2016, Welsch supports the introduction and manufacturing of high-end ergonomic products, manages engineering changes, and provides technical support across multiple departments. Previous roles include mechanical engineer positions at Siemens, St. Jude Medical, Chameleon Design Solutions, and Heller Industries, where Welsch was responsible for designing components for medical devices, fire detection systems, and industrial machinery. Additionally, Welsch co-owned Tiny Totz Child Care Center, overseeing financial and operational aspects. Welsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from The College of New Jersey.
