Victoria Guzzo has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate communications and marketing. Victoria has held various roles in different companies, where they have developed and implemented strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive thought leadership initiatives, and ensure consistency in communications across channels. In their current role as the Head of Content & Corporate Communications at Humantelligence Inc., Victoria is responsible for setting the strategy and developing aspects of the corporate and marketing communications function. Victoria has successfully launched the PR function, authored numerous thought leadership pieces, and implemented backlinking, SEO, and SEM strategies to double site traffic. Prior to their current role, Victoria served as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Watermark, where they focused on aligning communications with business strategy, amplifying the brand story, and executing thought leadership initiatives. Victoria has also held positions at LiveText, Inc., Chicago State University, Queen of Peace High School, as well as marketing roles at Facets and Remy Bumppo Theatre Company. Throughout their career, Victoria has demonstrated their expertise in content development, media relations, branding, reputation management, and strategic communications planning.
Victoria Guzzo received their Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University from 2002 to 2006. In 2011 and 2012, they attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business to study Business Administration & Executive Management. Additionally, they have received certifications in CPR & AED Certification, Certified Personal Training 3 Program, Certified Predictive Index Analyst, and Humantelligence Certified Coach from institutions such as the American Heart Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), The Predictive Index, and Humantelligence Inc. Victoria also engaged in Continuing Education Programming.
