Ester Zeeman

Ester Zeeman currently serves as HR-directeur at HumanTotalCare, where the organization is dedicated to promoting a healthy, motivated, and skilled workforce in the Netherlands. Since January 2021, Ester has also been a member of the supervisory board at Tragel. Prior experience includes HR-directeur at Amarant Groep, overseeing support for individuals with disabilities, and HR roles at Allianz and Careyn, focusing on HR organization and transition. Ester's background also includes significant HR leadership positions at Achmea, with responsibilities spanning various divisions. Ester holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and further education from TIAS School for Business and Society.
