Todd Finlayson

Todd Finlayson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Chair of the Seneca College School of Hospitality and Tourism Program Advisory Committee since May 2023, Todd has had a longstanding association with Seneca College that supports the development of hospitality talent. As the Owner and Operator of Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc. since May 2015, Todd manages multiple McDonald's restaurant locations across Ontario. Todd also contributes to the healthcare sector as a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council at Humber River Hospital and holds the position of Chair for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Family Room under Ronald McDonald House Charities. Todd's previous roles include senior management positions at Match Marketing Group, TELUS, Nestlé, Tandem International, and Kraft Foods Group, demonstrating a solid foundation in leadership and consultancy. Todd earned a degree from the University of Western Ontario between 1979 and 1983.
