Nicolas Arthuis

Nicolas Arthuis has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry and has held various roles in different organizations. Nicolas worked as a General Manager at Humble Grape since May 2022 and was previously the Assistant General Manager from October 2019 to May 2022. Before joining Humble Grape, they were an Assistant Manager at the same company from June 2019 to October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Supervisor at Moss Bros. Group Plc from May 2016 to June 2019. Nicolas also served as a Head Sommelier at Restaurant the Five Fields from November 2012 to February 2016, and as a Head Sommelier at Hotel Du Vin from August 2011 to October 2012. Their earlier experience includes working as a Sommelier and Head Sommelier at Restaurant Tom Aikens from January 2008 to July 2011, and as a Sommelier at Gordon Ramsay Holdings from October 2004 to December 2007.

Nicolas Arthuis attended Lycee Professionnel Robert Buron in Laval from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a BEP, CAP, and Bac Pro degree in the field of Cuisine. Additionally, they also earned a Mention Complementaire sommellerie, emphasizing their knowledge and skills in sommelier techniques.
