Adina Vella

Adina Vella is currently the Director of Talent & Community at Humble Growth. Prior to this role, Adina worked at ForceBrands for eight years in various roles, including Senior Director, Executive Recruitment & Development and Division Director. Adina also has experience in corporate recruiting at Gainor Staffing and as a traveling leadership consultant/campus recruiter at Zeta Tau Alpha. Before her career in recruitment, Adina served as the Black Collar Chief Instructor at Clinton Taekwondo Academy for ten years, teaching a variety of martial arts to over 2,000 students. Adina holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Lehigh University.
