Jessica Cooper McGinn has over 15 years of experience in education, currently serving as an EC-6 Teacher and Extended Learning Teacher at Humble ISD since May 2008, where responsibilities include leadership for ESL and Gifted and Talented programs. From March 2018 to April 2020, Jessica held the position of Director at the National Inventors Hall of Fame, managing the Camp Invention program in partnership with Humble ISD, overseeing recruitment, training, and coordination of staff and logistics, while promoting the program within the community. Jessica's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager in the Executive Development Program at Dillard's in 2007. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Textiles with Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin and a Teaching Certificate in Generalist EC-6, with ESL and Gifted and Talented certifications obtained at Lonestar Community College.
