Moulaye Camara

As Technical Director, Financial Management within the Influence and Initiatives team, Moulaye will lead the design and development of Humentum’s learning and consultancy globally. He will play an instrumental role in winning works with clients, designing solutions, and overseeing the quality of delivery of all financial management assignments.

Before joining Humentum, Moulaye was managing his own consultancy business with focus on the provision of management and accountability, partnership development skills, and support to civil society organizations and non-government organizations in Africa.

An accomplished bilingual, goal-oriented, and people-centered leader, Moulaye is bringing to Humentum 30+ years of work experience with International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC) and African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in complex humanitarian and development environments, with successful track record of accomplishment in the development of strategic plans, fundraising, program implementation, operational management, financial management, and financial systems development for complex multi-partner projects. With an excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with proven aptitude to build and maintain long-term business relations, Moulaye has forged strong working relationship with national and international partners and host governments, establishing contract agreements along with executing complex financial and operational relationships, and representing IFRC across Africa and Asia.

Moulaye is from the Republic of Guinea and currently resides in South Africa.
