Imran Qureshi

Imran Qureshi is currently a Software Engineer at Humi. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2018 to November 2019. At Tata, they designed and developed a web app for financial advisers across for a major bank, simplifying and reducing advisers time with clients and providing a consolidated view. This application required multiple integrations with existing systems and services requiring various domain knowledge. Imran also led the development of a Python-based framework for ingesting files with upwards of 4 million records per file. Modifying and storing each file according to business requirements. In addition, they enhanced services architecture by caching data in MongoDB resulting in millisecond response times for time-consuming services and boosting performance. Imran also built and deployed to production, an internal feedback system to improve collect and analyze data within a major bank, enabling numerous existing applications to integrate seamlessly with the system. Lastly, they coordinated and managed releases for core applications including configuration and deployment. Actively participated and engaged with Site Reliability Engineer team to resolve production issues.
