David C.

David C. has had a diverse and impactful career in the music industry. He began in 2008 as a Music Producer/Engineer at Mother Love Studio, working alongside Stanley Clarke until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, he continued his production work at Watersound. In 2012, David expanded his expertise by working as a live Television Producer at CJ E&M for M-Countdown and as a Producer for the Gmarket Concert StayG, headlined by PSY. Concurrently, he was a Music Producer/Engineer at Dee Company, distributed by Universal Music Group, until 2014.

In 2014, David joined SM Entertainment and became a Multi-Platinum A&R, working with artists like BoA, Kangta, and Amber Liu, and contributing to the group S (Kangta, Lee Jihoon, Shin Hyesung) on their EP “Autumn Breeze.” As a Producer and A&R for SM Station, he collaborated with hundreds of K-pop artists, as well as global major artists and producers including Quincy Jones, Siedah Garrett, John Legend, Earth, Wind & Fire, and more.

In 2017, while still at SM Entertainment, David also took on the role of Executive Producer at YAH, a position he continues to hold. At YAH, he has led various projects across music, video, and technology.

In 2019, David left SM Entertainment to fully focus on his ventures. He founded HUMID.IO, an A&R agency and software company, where he continues to lead as CEO. In 2023, he co-founded HUMID.TV, a one-stop solution platform where users can sell digital and physical products and services, earning Bitcoin in the process.
