Martin Ahn has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Martin started their career as an intern at Wood Wood in 2007, followed by an internship at Staple Design in 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Production Assistant at Elie Tahari. In 2011, they joined House Of Montague as a Product Developer / Design and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Production Manager at Another House Name. In 2017, they became a Production Manager at Vitaly, where their responsibilities included transitioning manufacturing to Europe and leading product development. In 2018, Martin joined hummel as a Footwear Buyer & Developer, and later became a Product Manager. Their primary focus at hummel has been redefining the non-performance footwear offering and implementing new tiering and price architecture within the collection. As of 2022, they hold the position of Category Manager at hummel.
Martin Ahn attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Management: Fashion and Related Industries. Prior to that, they studied at TEKO Center Denmark from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a degree as a Design Technologist specializing in Purchasing.
