Per Pedersen has a diverse work history that spans over two decades. Per began their career at Bestseller in 2003, where they worked as a Shopmanager for Jack & Jones in Ireland. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Sales Manager for Selected Homme in the UK and Ireland. From 2009 to 2011, Pedersen served as the Vila Wholesale and Retail Sales Manager for the same regions.
In 2011, Pedersen took on the role of Retail Partner at Bestseller, before becoming a Sales Manager in 2012. Per then advanced to the position of International Sales Manager in 2013, contributing to the successful launch and establishment of the Noisy May brand across EMEA, North America, and Asia.
Pedersen joined hummel in 2018 and held various roles within the company. Per started as the Brand Manager for hummel's sport fashion division, and later became the Brand Sales Manager for the same division. In addition, Pedersen took on the responsibilities of Brand Manager for hummel's lifestyle, training, and footwear divisions, as well as HALO. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head of International Sales and CBO at hummel.
Throughout their career, Pedersen has demonstrated a strong track record in sales management, brand development, and establishing distribution networks. Per has also excelled in driving omnichannel and marketplace strategies, contributing to their companies' growth and success.
Per Pedersen completed a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing from Market economist Herning from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Business college Herning from 1996 to 1999, studying business.
