Interior Design

Interior Design is a current Interior Designer at Hummingbird Hill Homes & Construction. They have previous experience as a Project Manager at DSBG from March 2015 to September 2020 and as Co-Owner, Lead Designer at White Interior & Co. from August 2016 to August 2019. They also have experience as a Project Coordinator at Greater Toronto Contractors from January 2014 to February 2015, where their responsibilities included defining project purpose and scope, calculating resources required, establishing standards and protocols, allocating resources, scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors, evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions, resolving design problems, evaluating and implementing change orders, managing sub-contractors, communicating contractor expectations, meeting operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying construction management system improvements, meeting construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective actions, providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information, approving construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases, obtaining approvals from buyers, preventing fines and interruptions by complying with and enforcing codes, maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

Interior Design reports to Vanessa Fong, Director - Studio Morro. Interior Design works with Architecture - Architects, Project Management - Proejct Manager & Coordinators, and Construction Management - Site Supervisors.
