Simon Roche

Simon Roche is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Group Head of Legal and Contracts at Hummingbird Resources plc since January 2024. Prior to this role, Simon Roche was with Aggreko from 2009 to January 2024, where responsibilities included providing legal and commercial leadership for the Africa business, advising on commercial and contractual matters, and managing various legal roles focused on power projects across multiple regions. Simon Roche began the legal career as a Commercial Lawyer at Cannons Solicitors from 2005 to 2009. Simon Roche holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from University College Dublin and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
