Mario Gabriele

Mario Gabriele is the founder of The Generalist, a tech publication with over 140,000 members, established in August 2020. In addition to this role, Mario serves as a venture partner at Hummingbird Ventures, starting in January 2025, where the focus is on identifying anomalies in the market. Mario holds a BA in Political Science, awarded summa cum laude and recognized by Phi Beta Kappa, from Columbia College, Columbia University, and a Master’s degree in International Development from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, completed in January 2016.
