Andrew Dorsey has extensive experience in the field of Earned Value Management (EVM) and program management. Andrew currently holds the role of Consulting Manager at Humphreys & Associates, a position they have held since February 2023. Before that, they worked at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) for nearly ten years, starting in August 2013 as the Earned Value Excellence (EVX) Manager. In this role, they were responsible for driving EVM as a program management best practice across the Raytheon Company's IDS Global Integrated Sensors (GIS) product line portfolio, with a focus on partnering with GIS Joint Surveillance Review (JSR) programs and future pursuits with US Government Earned Value requirements.
Prior to their time at Raytheon IDS, Andrew worked at Raytheon Network Centric Systems as the Southeast Tier III EVMS Manager from October 2010 to August 2013. Andrew also served as the EV Management System & DCMA POC at Orbital Sciences Corporation from January 2007 to October 2010.
Earlier in their career, Andrew gained experience in support roles at Glenn Cutter and served as a Graduate Student at the Arrowhead Center from 2003 to 2005. Andrew also had a short-term role at X Prize Foundation in 2006, where they worked on the X Prize Cup.
Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in EVM, program management, and driving best practices in program execution.
Andrew Dorsey attended New Mexico State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Managerial Leadership. Andrew then pursued further education at New Mexico State University from 2003 to 2005, obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
