Josh Hegg

Josh Hegg has over 15 years of experience in project controls and earned value management. Josh most recently worked as an Earned Value Management Consultant for Humphreys & Associates, Inc. starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Project Controls Supervisor at Enterprise Technical Assistance Services, Inc. supporting the U.S. Department of Energy Paducah Site Office from November 2021 to June 2022.

From 2020 to 2021, Josh worked as a Project Controls Manager for On The Fly Solutions, LLC via WesWorks, LLC, providing portfolio management office and EVMS support for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions. Before that, they held a similar role at On The Fly Solutions, LLC via WesWorks, LLC for the Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth Ohio project from 2019 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, Josh worked as a Senior Project Controls Specialist at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC from 2017 to 2019, where they led EVMS compliance efforts and provided training to new Control Account Managers and Project Controls Specialists. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Controls Manager at Restoration Services, Inc., where they managed projects at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and East Tennessee Technology Park. Their responsibilities included monitoring work compliance, change order accounting, and monthly variance reporting.

Josh's career began in 2006 as a Project Controls Engineer at CH2M-Washington Group Idaho, where they worked on the DOE Idaho Cleanup Project. Josh maintained the earned value management systems and provided analysis and reporting on schedule, cost, and earned value.
