Saurabh Sharma serves as the Head of People at Hunch, bringing a wealth of experience in talent acquisition from previous roles at OLX Group, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition for OLX Autos across Asia, Latin America, and the US, as well as Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia and Talent Acquisition Lead for India. Prior to OLX Group, Saurabh held senior managerial positions at Ericsson, overseeing talent acquisition for South East Asia, Oceania, and India, and had significant responsibilities at American Express and Infosys in talent acquisition leadership roles. Saurabh Sharma holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Govt. Engineering College, Kota.
