Sales Development Representative

At Hunch you will:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email and LinkedIn
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
Qualify inbound leads based on their needs and requirements via email and discovery calls
Generates the first sales meetings, through outbound emailing & cold-calling, networking and research
Anticipate customer needs by understanding our products and conducting market research
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the inbound sales process
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs
Collaborate with the sales team by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings
Work closely with department heads to identify sales targets and penetrate new accounts
We think you are good fit, if you have:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales development representative, or similar
Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
Comfortable dealing with a global customer base and interacting in a multicultural environment
Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
Prior use of Hubspot or any other CRM is a plus and will be a daily requirement
Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
Love closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
