Jelena Vrućinić

Head of Customer Success at Hunch

Jelena Vrućinić has a wealth of experience in customer success, programmatic, and client service roles. Jelena currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Hunch, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Programmatic Lead at Energy Communications from 2019 to 2021. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Sizmek in various roles, including Manager of the Customer Success Team, Programmatic Team Lead, and Programmatic Trading Specialist, where they were responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and analyzing Programmatic campaigns across several DSPs. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Client Service Manager at CMS Services Ltd., and from 2012 to 2013, they were an Intern at the National Tempus Office in Serbia.

Jelena Vrućinić obtained their Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Faculty of Political Sciences between 2008 and 2012.
