Jim DaBroi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jim currently holds the position of Chief Operations & Customer Officer at HungerRush since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jim worked at PayPal from 2019 to 2020, where they served as the Global Leader of Venmo Customer Operations & New Product Support. Jim was responsible for managing a team of 2,000 employees across multiple locations worldwide and overseeing a $75M operations budget. Jim also played a crucial role in launching eight new Venmo products, resulting in over $1B in revenue. At PayPal, they additionally served as the Global Customer Operations Strategy Leader, creating and implementing a 4-year global strategic plan for the company's Customer Support Operations, leading to significant improvements in NPS and cost per contact reduction.

Before joining PayPal, Jim worked at LinkedIn as the Global Head of Enterprise Customer Service Operations. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing the Enterprise Customer Support Operations function for various business units. Jim oversaw a team of 400 employees across different locations and worked closely with senior executives to develop scalable support strategies.

Jim's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Service Strategy & Operations at Pitney Bowes, where they transformed a 3,000-employee global organization and supported the company's transition from a mail-centric business to an eCommerce and Global Logistics company. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Operations / Customer Care & Vendor Management at Intuit, where they managed a team of 3,000 employees spread across 12 global sites. Jim'saccomplishments at Intuit include transforming the service model from off-shore non-native language support to on-shore native language support.

Jim's career began at Wells Fargo, where they held the role of Vice President of Loan Administration. During their tenure, they played a key role in building the Small Business Lending and Business Real Estate finance business and significantly grew the portfolio. Additionally, Jim led the transformation of an underperforming Home Equity fulfillment operation during a period of rapid growth.

Throughout their career, Jim DaBroi has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic acumen, driving impactful improvements in customer support, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Jim DaBroi has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Communications from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University.
