Kristen Barnett

Kristen Barnett has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kristen is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Culinary Creators Worldwide since May 2023. Prior to that, Kristen was the Founder & CEO of Hungry House, a platform supporting upcoming chefs, from July 2021.

Kristen has also worked as a Guest Lecturer at Cornell University, focusing on the hospitality and business fields, starting from September 2017.

Kristen has experience in the ghost kitchen industry, having served as the Chief Operating Officer at Zuul before its acquisition by Kitchen United. Kristen was also the Director of Strategy at Zuul.

Further in their career, Kristen worked as a Strategy Consultant at Won't Stop Hospitality Inc., where they advised Patachou Inc., a restaurant group in Indianapolis.

Earlier in their career, Kristen held multiple roles at Dig, including GM of Room Service, Director of Strategic Operations, Head of Supply Chain & Menu Development, and participated in the Leadership Development Program.

Kristen began their career as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group and later worked as a Sales and Trading Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank.

Additionally, Kristen has contributed to social causes, such as being a Mountains for Moms Team Leader for Operation Fistula, raising funds by climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. Kristen also gained experience as a Business Development Intern at El Centro de Textiles Tradicionales de Cusco.

Kristen Barnett has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in International Development & Food Policy from Cornell University. Prior to attending Cornell University, they attended Dover-Sherborn High School.
